The company focuses on residential, tertiary, and retail projects, covering both new construction and comprehensive renovations. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of construction works. * Economic control of the project (costs, budgets, and certifications). * Management and coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitoring of the schedule and achievement of milestones. * Direct communication with technical management and clients. * Quality control and compliance with technical regulations. * Oversight of occupational health and safety on site. Requirements * Technical education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager in building construction or rehabilitation projects. * Ability to manage economic aspects and control costs. * Leadership, decision-making skills, and results orientation. * Proficiency in tools such as Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar. * PRL training is a plus.
