At **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, a company specialized in engineering for the energy, civil works, renewable energy, and environmental sectors, we are seeking to hire **a Civil Works Director** to lead urban development and infrastructure projects in the province of **Barcelona.** We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international engineering group with a global presence and a strong track record in strategic energy and infrastructure projects. ##### **Your Mission** Lead the execution of civil works and urban development projects, ensuring compliance with established technical, economic, urban planning, environmental, and quality objectives, guaranteeing proper construction progress and coordination among all involved parties. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise construction execution. * Monitor quality, costs, and project timelines. * Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements. * Coordinate teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. * Oversee construction processes and material supplies. * Prepare monitoring and control reports. * Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability of operations. ##### **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Management. * Proven experience in urban development projects. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Proficiency in PRESTO, TCQ, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Leadership, planning, and team management capabilities. ##### **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract. * Opportunity to join an international engineering group. * Involvement in high-impact technical projects. * Professional development and career path planning. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year. * Intensive work schedule during July and August.
