You will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company’s core values: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, and a spirit of innovation and collegiality. **What is the role?** We seek to hire a Civil Design Engineer with experience in complex industrial projects for our Science & Technology team in Madrid. You will participate in the development and execution of projects in semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, data centers, and advanced manufacturing—contributing your expertise in civil and industrial construction engineering. Your key responsibilities will include defining civil works solutions—including site development, foundations, drainage systems, and external networks; reviewing and validating technical documentation; integrating civil engineering with architecture, structural engineering, building services, and construction; and serving as the technical liaison with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project execution, deliverable quality, and achievement of established objectives. **What are we looking for?** We seek a candidate holding a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with civil engineering experience—or an equivalent qualification—with at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering projects for industrial buildings, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, semiconductors, batteries, data centers, or complex industrial installations. You must have experience in developing civil works projects—including site development, earthworks, foundations, drainage, underground networks, and industrial platforms—as well as reviewing technical documentation and interacting with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in highly technically complex projects and international environments will be valued. A high level of English (preferably C1) is essential; intermediate-level Mandarin Chinese (B1–B2 or equivalent) is desirable; proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and MS Project is required; and willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel is mandatory. **What do we offer?** A **permanent position** with **flexible working hours**, enabling you to balance your personal and professional life.
