Job Summary:
We are seeking a machine operator to participate in manufacturing and in-house pouch packaging, operating automated lines and monitoring process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating machinery for in-house pouch packaging.
2. Handling automated production lines and performing basic machine adjustments.
3. Conducting in-process quality control and maintaining the work area.
We are looking for personnel to operate machinery in an industrial environment, participating in the entire manufacturing and packaging process—specifically in the in-house pouch format. Tasks include operating automated packaging lines, initiating production runs, and assisting with format changes. Basic machine adjustments are also performed to ensure optimal operation, and key process parameters are monitored to maintain efficiency.
Other duties include supplying the production line by changing materials and components as needed. Real-time quality control is conducted by inspecting process control points and critical checkpoints to ensure product compliance with specifications. Technical issues must be promptly identified and reported. Final products are palletized and labeled for shipment.
The work area is maintained through thorough technical cleaning of machines and surrounding areas, adhering to food safety standards, quality requirements, and the 5S methodology. Attention to detail and adaptability to high-production-rate environments are essential, along with safe and efficient working practices. This is a temporary position.
Previous experience as a production operator or machine operator in an industrial setting is required. Experience in the food industry or in continuous production environments will be considered favorably. The ideal candidate must be accustomed to high-production-rate operations and possess scheduling flexibility to work rotating shifts. We seek responsible, versatile, and quality-oriented individuals.
