Key responsibilities: * Model coordination and management: Lead the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models, proactively identifying and resolving clashes before the construction execution phase. * Standards and quality assurance: Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan by auditing information quality, naming conventions, levels of development, and correct export of interoperable formats. * Common Data Environment (CDE) management: Administer and structure project information on the cloud-based collaborative platform, regulating workflows, permissions, reviews, and version control. * Liaison and teamwork: Convene and lead technical coordination meetings among BIM Managers, designers, site managers, and modelers, facilitating decision-making and seamless information exchange.
