At **Sesame**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Backend Software Developer** to join our tech team and participate in the evolution of our people management platform. **Location:** Hybrid / Remote **Department:** Technology / Product **Working Hours:** Full-time **Contract Type:** Permanent ### **What will be your mission?** You will join the development team and participate in building, improving, and maintaining features within the platform, collaborating with product, QA, support, and integration specialists. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain new features. * Participate in technical analysis and architectural decision-making. * Integrate external services and APIs. * Collaborate on continuous improvement of platform performance and scalability. * Review code and participate in quality assurance and best practices processes. * Work closely with multidisciplinary teams. ### **What are we looking for?** * Experience developing web applications and APIs. * Knowledge of modern architectures and software development best practices. * Experience working with integrations and external services. * Ability to work collaboratively and product-oriented mindset. * Interest in continuous improvement and lifelong learning. **We especially value:** Experience in SaaS environments. Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, HR tools, or external platforms. Experience with REST APIs and data synchronization processes.
