Architect / Technical Architect At Envolvia Efficient Homes, a company specializing in non-invasive insulation solutions using blowing systems, we are seeking to hire an Architect / Technical Architect to serve as Regional Manager and Technical-Commercial Controller. The selected candidate will conduct client visits, handle administrative tasks, act as a trainer, and coordinate and supervise architects from other regions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the Technical-Commercial Director include, but are not limited to: * Conducting technical visits and advising regional clients. * Preparing measurements, quotations, and project follow-up. * Coordinating materials and installation teams. * Coordinating and supervising construction execution and quality assurance. * Providing technical and commercial support to professionals in other regions. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. * Experience in construction, rehabilitation, renovations, and energy certification. * Excellent interpersonal skills with private clients, technical professionals, etc. * Problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, and sound technical judgment. * High capacity for work when required. * Residence in Tudela or surrounding areas. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and standard computer applications. COMPENSATION * Fixed salary plus variable component based on objectives and results. * Estimated total annual gross compensation: between €50,000 and €90,000. CONTRACT TYPE * Indefinite-term contract (Construction Collective Agreement) plus productivity-based incentives. * Full-time position.
