The Aerospace Structures Assembler position focuses on performing assembly tasks within a production line specialized in the aerospace sector. Key responsibilities include assembling assemblies and subassemblies strictly following established manufacturing routings and work instructions. Ensuring product conformity is required, including actively identifying potential defects and rigorously applying protocols such as FOD (Foreign Object Debris) to prevent contamination of parts. Additionally, the professional is responsible for entering traceability data into manufacturing dossiers and all associated quality documentation, ensuring accurate and complete records of each process. Another fundamental aspect of this role is maintaining order and efficiency at the workstation by applying the 5S principles to organize the area and equipment. This is complemented by participation in continuous improvement processes, where suggestions and implementation of improvements to work methods can optimize productivity and safety. The assembler must ensure proper functioning of assigned tools and equipment, performing basic checks and reporting any anomalies. Work is carried out in a highly demanding industrial environment, where precision and adherence to deadlines are critical to project success. The position requires full commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards, integrating QSSE requirements into all daily activities. The professional will work under technical supervision, closely collaborating with the production team and other departments such as quality or engineering. This role is essential to the manufacturing flow, directly contributing to the delivery of aerospace components meeting the industry’s highest standards. The established remuneration is €13.12 gross per hour, with an initial classification as Third-Class Skilled Worker, subject to review upon successful completion of a competency test. Working hours are organized in weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00. The contract is monthly and extendable up to a maximum of four months, with subsequent possibility of permanent staff integration depending on individual performance and client approval. Prior demonstrable experience in assembly tasks within an aerospace workshop is required, along with a certification in Aerospace Structures Assembly or equivalent technical training such as an FP Grado Superior. Strong ability to read and interpret assembly and subassembly drawings is essential, as well as applied knowledge of QSSE requirements and full commitment to safety and environmental standards. Manual dexterity, precision, and the ability to work under technical supervision in high-demand environments are valued.
