Responsibilities
Hired as Permanent Assistance Center (CAP) Assistant.
* Provide first-level technical support.
* Monitor and verify the operational status of telecommunications services and equipment.
* Maintain up-to-date records, logs, and technical reports.
* Support the execution of technical tests and functional validations.
Requirements
\- Experience in: 24-hour Operations Center Operator
* Years of experience in the role: \> 10 years
\- Qualifications: High school diploma (Bachillerato), BUP, COU, Vocational Training \- Others.
