For this project, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of **Workshop Administrator** at an established company in the construction and exhibition stand assembly sector. Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat * Responsibilities: * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Marking up technical drawings. * Preparation of quotations. * Order management. * Office supplies procurement. * Filing. * Customer service. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. REQUIREMENTS * Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan. Proficiency in English is considered a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic AutoCAD skills. * OHS training is valued. * SAGE Despachos. * Conditions: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekends: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Overtime: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Part-time schedule from Sant Joan until mid-September. * The company closes for summer holidays in August. * Two weeks of vacation during Christmas. * Vacation also granted during Easter week. * Weekend shifts and overtime will be offered only if the candidate demonstrates motivation and suitable personality. * Working weekends may entitle the candidate to several months of annual vacation. * Salary: Approximately €25K SBA + overtime. * Permanent contract.
