Intensive summer working hours **The Opportunity** We are seeking a **Workshop Administrator** responsible for the administrative management of the workshop, performing the following functions. **Summary of Your Responsibilities** * Issuance, tracking, and closure of work orders. * Handling airport-related administrative procedures. * Controlling and issuing delivery notes for invoicing. * Managing workshop staff working hours, vacations, and absences. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * Vocational training in Administration. * Administrative experience in similar positions and environments (e.g., automotive sector, industrial machinery, etc.). * Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Teams. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Personal skills: organization, proactivity, teamwork, and problem-solving ability. **We Believe You’ll Love Working With Us** * Permanent contract * Working hours: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. * Intensive summer working hours. * 24 vacation days * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities in a growing multinational. **About Our Company** METSSA is a company belonging to the multinational TCR Group and Globalia Group, providing maintenance and repair services for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at airports and offering technical support to fleets within airport premises.
