Currently, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department, whose primary mission will be to support the front-of-house team in customer service and in the proper execution of service, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in dining room, restaurant, buffet, or bar service. * Prepare, set up, and clear tables and service areas. * Restock supplies, beverages, and required products during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and front-of-house equipment. * Attend to customers following instructions from the dining room supervisor. * Collaborate in preparing and clearing dining rooms and event spaces. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- Professional Competencies: * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Intermediate level of English. * Flexible working hours.
