Job Summary: You will be responsible for preparing and executing service according to instructions, ensuring quality and compliance with hotel standards, as well as delivering impeccable service to guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service execution in accordance with hotel standards 2. Friendly, respectful, and professional guest service 3. Organization and verification of equipment and supplies What will you do? Prepare and execute service following the shift supervisor's instructions, ensuring that all assigned tasks before, during, and after the shift are carried out in compliance with hotel standards. Verify and organize necessary equipment and supplies for service, using them appropriately to prevent breakage, waste, or loss. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service to guests, maintaining an impeccable appearance at all times and ensuring timely, accurate, and SOP-compliant delivery.
