Work with real impact on the community About Us The Societat Joventut Musical d’Albal (SJMA) is the cultural heart of our town. With a strong musical tradition and an active school, we manage academic, artistic, and associative activities year-round. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with sensitivity toward the musical world to coordinate the administrative, accounting, and academic management of the organization. Main Responsibilities Administrative Management and Support * In-person, telephone, and digital (WhatsApp and corporate emails: administration, school, billing, and protocol) support. * Supplier and correspondence management. * Administrative support to the Board of Directors. Accounting and Taxation * Invoice registration and control. * Economic\-financial archive. * Weekly accounting execution. * Filing of tax forms (111 and 347\). * Technical preparation of payrolls and bank transfers (joint management). Labor and Academic Management * Processing staff registrations and cancellations (especially August\-September). * Managing schedule and working-day modifications (Factorial). * Coordination with external payroll services. * Annual enrollment campaign (June). * Management of the academic application and activity records. Support for Activities and Campaigns * Administrative coordination for lottery campaigns. * Support for Santa Cecília and Mid-Year events. * Digitization of documentation and quarterly printing of sheet music. Basic Maintenance * Waste supervision. * Coordination of water/coffee service. * Reporting facility-related incidents. Profile We Are Seeking Mandatory * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance. * Professional proficiency in Valencian. * Profile of a musician or deep knowledge of the musical sector. We Will Positively Consider * Experience with Factorial or Quipu. * Knowledge of accounting practices for non-profit organizations. * Geographic proximity to Albal. Conditions * Salary: €17\.500 gross per year, with possibility of review based on professional growth. * Working hours: 40 hours per week on a split schedule (includes school closures). * Fixed day off: Monday mornings. * Planning: Minimum 30-day advance notice for events, respecting prior personal commitments. * Additional benefits: Corporate clothing and support for external training.
