Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize the supply chain in the Aerospace and Defense sectors within a dynamic team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize our supply chain in Aerospace and Defense within a dynamic, high-performance team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversight of subcontracting and procurement activities. * Drafting of supply contracts. * Ensuring supply flow to internal company customers. * Supporting various departments to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of resources required for smooth project execution. * Selecting, negotiating with, and managing subcontractors to guarantee proper technical, quality, and schedule compliance. * Developing, monitoring, and updating departmental KPIs. * Communicating and updating production priorities to the team and suppliers, conducting weekly follow-ups to meet established deadlines. * Collaborating with the Technical Office on Subcontracting Roadmaps. * Participating in bid evaluations from both technical and economic perspectives for subcontracting. * Contributing to improving subcontractor quality through supplier site visits and inspections when necessary. * Reviewing supplier documentation. * Identifying risks associated with suppliers. ##### **Required Education and Competencies** Education level required: Industrial Engineering degree, Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent. Additional required qualifications: * English B2\-C1, negotiation level. * Experience in a similar role \>10 years. * Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external suppliers. Specific required education / knowledge: * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Familiarity with procurement management tools (ERP Procurement modules, NetSuite, or similar). Valuable specific experience in: * Procurement/subcontracting of machining and surface treatments. * Procurement of electronic components. * Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
