In this instance, we aim to hire a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to assist floor managers in planning, directing, and coordinating housekeeping staff activities, ensuring smooth operations and service quality in hotel guest rooms and common areas. We seek an organized individual with strong customer orientation and leadership capabilities, ready to join a professional and demanding team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and assign daily housekeeping tasks to floor staff. * Inspect guest rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate, log, and report incidents related to guest rooms, common areas, and maintenance. * Monitor daily staff attendance and manage lost-and-found items. * Supervise external laundry services and oversee inventory control of linens, minibar items, cleaning supplies, and amenities. * Ensure special attention to guest rooms and adherence to established protocols. * Train and support staff under direct supervision. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position. * Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Customer-oriented mindset, commitment, and integrity. * Additional relevant training is a plus. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Full-time schedule with stable shifts. * Uniforms provided by the company. * Discounts at gas stations, supermarkets, and other local businesses. * Positive work environment and potential for continued employment in future seasons.
