We are currently seeking a PURCHASING MANAGER: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan the procurement and warehouse department structure to meet the Department's needs. * Ensure supply of services and materials to the organization's business units for successful and optimized execution of company activities. * Identify the most efficient suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times, as well as negotiate and agree on terms and conditions. * Monitor stock levels to optimize the company's cash flow. * Ensure the quality of supplied products to deliver the expected level of service to customers and comply with all applicable regulations. * Manage all documentation related to purchasing (purchase orders, invoices, agreements, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise the work team to ensure achievement of objectives and maintain a motivated and skilled workforce. * Provide support on projects or tasks requiring their involvement, ensuring these are completed according to quality standards and deadlines.
