We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to work as a receptionist and management coordinator in our mechanical workshop. The main responsibilities will include attending to customers, coordinating appointments, managing materials, and providing administrative support to the team. Main Responsibilities: \- Customer reception and service (in-person and by phone). \- Appointment scheduling and workshop calendar management. \- Coordination with the mechanics team. \- Material ordering, warehouse management, and inventory control. \- Resolving inquiries and supporting daily administration and operations. Requirements: \- Experience in customer service and/or administration. \- Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office suite). \- Strong organizational and clear communication skills. \- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. \- Basic knowledge of mechanics.
