You will become part of a **family-owned company with nearly 100 years of history**, operating several establishments across Spain, committed to service quality, customer care, and people's well-being. ### **️ Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for guest service and front desk operational management, ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival through departure. Key responsibilities include: * Attending to and assisting guests during their stay. * Performing **check\-in and check\-out**. * Managing reservations, modifications, and telephone inquiries. * Providing information and advice regarding hotel services and the surrounding area. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. * Handling payments and billing. * Resolving incidents and addressing complaints. * Complying with internal procedures and quality standards. ### **What We Are Looking For?** * Prior experience as a **Receptionist** or in similar roles (hotel experience is preferred). * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). * **Intermediate level of English** (knowledge of other languages is an advantage). * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management systems. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork ability. * A responsible, organized individual with a positive attitude. ### **What We Offer?** * **Salary range: approximately €1\.700 gross per month in 12 payments**, depending on experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * A positive work environment and collaborative team culture. * Terms and conditions in accordance with the **Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement**. ### **Commitment to Sustainability** At Poseidon Hotels, we strive to deliver a responsible experience—caring for both the environment and people.
