Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Receptionist to ensure professional and friendly service to our guests, contributing to a memorable experience during their stay. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests, managing check\-in, check\-out, and reservations. * Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and activities. * Resolve guest issues, complaints, or requests. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper guest service. * Handle phone calls, emails, and online requests. * Complete daily departmental logs and reports. * Apply the hotel’s quality, safety, and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies:** * Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service within hotels or tourist accommodations. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic office software. * Good oral and written communication skills in English and German.
