




Job Summary: Customer service at the reception desk, including guest registration, managing payments, keys, and complaints, as well as coordinating with departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer attention and management at hotel reception 2. Handling check-in, billing, collections, and cash closing 3. Incident resolution and interdepartmental coordination Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving and attending to customers and visitors of the hotel establishment. - Registering guests (check-in) staying at the hotel. - Billing, collections, and cash closing. Preparation and monitoring of internal controls. - Managing keys for various rooms. - Responding to information requests from customers. - Providing courtesy services to guests. - Informing and advising on tourism-related services. - Maintaining the workstation and reporting any anomalies. - Managing customer complaints and resolving incidents. - Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: - English and German; a third language is an advantage. - Experience in reception. - Quick learning ability. - Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
