Position Summary: We are looking for an exceptionally friendly, curious, and autonomous Reception Assistant to join our team, handling check-in/out, reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. Seize the opportunity to explore, discover, and grow in your role while enriching our guests’ experience. * Autonomous, welcoming, and versatile: We want our guests to remember you for your kindness and for delivering a memorable stay — adapting to any challenge and providing exceptional service at all times. **Job Description** * Manage guest check\-in and check\-out, following established procedures. * Contribute to customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exemplary attitude, addressing guest requests and following up to ensure the best possible experience. * Regularly collect guest feedback prior to departure to continuously improve service. * Efficiently handle and manage reservations. * Ensure guest safety and security of belongings by conducting nightly patrols and securing doors and access points appropriately. You will receive training on our procedures and corporate culture.
