In addition, we operate other business lines including a travel agency, a congress palace, and extensive expertise in event planning and catering. We are seeking to hire a Reception Assistant for our 4\* hotel in Barcelona, Evenia Rosselló. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us? * Assist with guest check\-in and check\-out processes, ensuring accurate system updates. * Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions. * Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other departments to coordinate guest needs. * Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Support lobby organization, maintaining a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
