




Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide personalized customer service, manage reservations, and coordinate across departments in a vacation environment. Key Highlights: 1. Customer-oriented incident resolution At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the Spanish vacation and resort camping sector, we are looking to hire a Receptionist for our Alannia El Pinar team (Blanes, Girona) at one of our establishments. Job Responsibilities: * Professional and personalized attention to national and international customers. * Management of check\-in and check\-out. * Information and advice regarding resort facilities, activities, and services. * Reservation management, modifications, and cancellations. * Coordination with different departments (entertainment, maintenance, cleaning, food and beverage). * Resolution of incidents and handling of complaints with a customer-oriented approach. * Basic administrative tasks and use of the reservation system. * Cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reception or a similar position. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). * Advanced level of English (mandatory); other languages (French, German, Dutch) are an asset. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software. * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. * Teamwork ability and proactive attitude. * Flexible availability (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays).
