TOP TOURIST requires a RECEPTIONIST to join the team at this establishment. The company is transitioning from a traditional campsite business model to an innovative product ahead of the upcoming season, seeking team members to jointly launch this new project and bring added value to the sector. The responsibilities include: ***Front Office Processes:*** * Perform guest reception, welcome, check-in, and check-out. * Carry out customer service duties at the front desk during guests' stay. * Process payments or refunds, manage daily financial operations and/or client-specific finances. * Archive daily documents and transmit reports between departments. * Handle front-desk-related incidents; register incidents, communicate them, and follow up. * **Camping process: accompany guests and select camping locations based on guests’ requirements or facility dimensions.** * Communicate internal campsite rules and submit internal reports in case of violations. * Open and close shifts, including cash drawer reconciliation. Back Office Processes: * Manage occupancy, reservations, and plot sales. * **Prepare budgets and communicate promotions or upselling initiatives; optimize scheduling to fill available slots.** * Collaborate on advertising measures and initiatives. * Conduct email campaigns and other customer service activities. Requirements **Minimum Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree **Experience:** 1–2 years **Professional Category:** Employee **Residence:** Spain **Mandatory Language:** Strong command of Spanish (High–Very High) \- Proximity to the workplace will be considered favorably for residence. \- Minimum 1 year’s experience in campsites or hotels (prior campsite experience preferred). \- Strong command of Spanish (High–Very High) and intermediate–advanced English. Other languages are advantageous. \- Experience with UNICAM management software is desirable. \- Experience managing Tour Operator (T.O.) portals is desirable. \- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers. \- Organizational ability, creativity, and problem-solving capability. \- Ability to work well in teams and foster a positive working environment. \- Flexibility and a positive attitude.
