




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Quality Administrator for document management of the IMS, indicator monitoring, and administrative management of insurance claims. At Moventia, we are incorporating a QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR into our corporate offices located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for **document management of the Integrated Management System (IMS), indicator monitoring, and preparation of audit evidence**, as well as the **administrative management of insurance claims** with insurers. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Document management of the Integrated Management System (IMS):** + Uploading and version control of documentation. + Folder organization and obsolescence control. + Preparation of audit evidence. + Basic indicator monitoring. * **Administrative management of insurance claims:** + Review of information and reports. + Loading and organizing documentation for insurers. + Monitoring the status of case files. + Archiving and maintaining historical records. * **General administrative support:** + Drafting internal and external communications. + Preparing tracking tables. + Organizing documentation. + Supporting repetitive administrative tasks requiring rigor and continuity. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Ideal profile: consistent individual, detail-oriented regarding documentation, organized, with strong written communication skills, and accustomed to working with shared folders and Excel. * Prior experience in quality/IMS or in processing insurance claims is desirable. **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to grow within the leading company in the mobility sector. * A stable position with an indefinite contract. * Eligibility for a flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs (e.g., health insurance, meal vouchers…).
