




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Purchasing Manager in Bilbao to manage the complete spare parts order cycle, optimize costs, and ensure continuous supply. ERP system handling and supplier management We seek a proactive and organized individual to manage the Purchasing Department in Bilbao. The role, under a full-time contract, involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of spare parts orders, ensuring the warehouse always has the necessary materials for daily operations. This includes issuing purchase orders and conducting thorough follow-up until materials reach their destination, working agilely within a dynamic environment. Daily tasks include requesting quotations to compare prices and terms, helping optimize costs and organize orders more efficiently. It will also be necessary to address requests from the commercial department to ensure components are ready for customers, with special attention to detail in each order. Prior experience using ERP-type management software is essential to track purchases, incidents, and returns with suppliers. Technical training is desirable to better understand parts and materials, as well as the ability to maintain strong relationships with external collaborators. The primary objective is to achieve consistent and efficient component supply to support smooth daily operations. Proven experience in purchasing management, especially spare parts with short order cycles. ERP system proficiency (purchasing module). Agile management capability and immediate response capacity. Experience in requesting and comparing quotations. Experience in managing supplier incidents. Technical education is desirable.
