




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator for a Pharmaceutical Laboratory, providing support in documentation management, invoice verification, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key administrative support for the Purchasing Department 2. Participation in verification and accounting of supplier invoices 3. Management and resolution of administrative incidents Divico Consultores, a personnel selection company with over 30 years of experience in healthcare profiles both nationally and internationally, requires a PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR to work at a pharmaceutical laboratory located in Barcelona. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8\-5 p.m. (on-site) Responsibilities * Control, review, and archiving of purchasing-related documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, etc.) * Support in administrative verification of supplier invoices and coordination with the Accounting Department. * Accounting of supplier invoices * Management and resolution of administrative incidents related to invoices. * Support in the supplier payment process and generation of administrative information for accounting * General administrative and internal coordination support to the Purchasing Department Requirements * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent * Experience in administrative functions, preferably in purchasing or procurement * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.) * Experience working with SAP is desirable Benefits * Permanent contract * Immediate incorporation * Salary: €25,000 gross per year
