(CNIC) was established to conduct world-class, competitive, and internationally relevant research on cardiovascular diseases. The CNIC operates a 24,000 m² research facility located in Madrid, of which over 6,000 m² are dedicated to laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment. A Procurement Technician position is open for substitution. **Responsibilities:** * Material registration. * Request for quotations. * Publication of materials on the CNIC website. * Processing purchase orders with suppliers. * Monitoring delivery timelines for orders. * Resolving order-related incidents (product changes, goods returns, order cancellations). * Administrative tasks for the department: computerized maintenance of various files. * Warehouse support. * Accounting department support. **Mandatory Requirements:** * University degrees (Bachelor’s/Degree), medium-level university graduates, Higher Vocational Training qualifications, equivalent professional certification, or Upper Secondary Education qualification in economics, business administration, ADE (Business Administration and Management), or related fields. * At least six months of experience in administrative positions.
