Main Responsibilities **Material Procurement:** * Sourcing and developing new suppliers. * Negotiating prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Tracking purchase orders and supply fulfillment. * Managing credit notes and supplier payments. * Controlling and registering materials (SKU). * Requesting and evaluating material samples. **Logistics and Imports:** * Quoting and coordinating freight. * Tracking domestic and international shipments. * Managing customs procedures and import processes. * Coordinating exports. **Machinery and Equipment Procurement:** * Evaluating and comparing purchasing options. * Negotiating costs, credit terms, and conditions. * Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance. * Managing authorizations with management. **Administration:** * Cost control and price updates. * Handling petty cash. * Invoicing follow-up. * Participation in trade fairs (national and international). **Requirements** * Experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier development—preferably in the textile industry. * Knowledge of logistics, imports, and customs procedures. * Negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
