Team leadership and organization L&S Asesoría is looking for a Procurement Manager for our client located in Murcia. Do you have experience in advanced warehouse management using ERP/MRP? Do you have experience leading teams to optimize procurement and material management? Can you work at our client’s offices located in the Murcia area and surrounding regions? **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Comprehensive supervision of material receipt and validation against purchase orders and defined standards. * Advanced warehouse management via ERP/MRP, ensuring data traceability and reliability. * Definition, monitoring, and optimization of stock levels (turnover, coverage, obsolescence). * Coordination of material preparation and delivery to projects, production, and subcontractors. * Planning of incoming and outgoing materials according to weekly/monthly production and project schedules. * Leadership and organization of the warehouse and procurement team. * Physical inventory preparation and follow-up, reconciliation with system records. * Calculation of replenishment requirements, anticipation of risks, and proactive coordination with Purchasing. * Proposal of process improvements, warehouse design enhancements, and internal logistics flows. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, demonstrating a solid theoretical and practical foundation in operations management. Proven experience in industrial environments using ERP/MRP systems, with a minimum of 2–3 years performing similar functions. Advanced knowledge of stock management, material planning, and logistics processes, enabling implementation of effective strategies for resource optimization and cost reduction. Ability to coordinate cross-functionally. Experience leading operational teams and managing priorities. Advanced proficiency in office software and data analysis. Orientation toward continuous improvement and operational decision-making. Valid driver’s license, enabling mobility and access to various locations as required by the position.
