We are looking for a **Logistics and Procurement Technician** to join our dynamic team to coordinate and manage the entire flow of goods between suppliers, wholesale customers, and our company. You will serve as the essential link ensuring seamless operations between our warehouse and sales, optimizing processes to deliver the best service to our motorcycle-sector enthusiasts. The job details and characteristics are as follows: **WORKING HOURS:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00–18:00 * **First Saturday of each month:** 10:00–14:00 **SALARY** Between **€21,000 and €25,000** gross per year + incentives, depending on experience provided **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Supplier and procurement management**: Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers, manage purchase orders, deadlines, and resolve delivery-related issues * **Product intake**: Enter all new materials into the management system, including prices and technical specifications * **Inventory control**: Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishments to avoid stockouts * **Wholesale customer management**: Process wholesale orders, generate invoices, and maintain smooth communication with franchisees * **Warehouse coordination**: Ensure timely product receipt and efficient distribution to retail stores and franchises with maximum agility * **Market analysis**: Monitor competitors’ pricing to maintain our competitiveness * **Logistics planning**: Participate in short-, medium-, and long-term delivery planning * **Interdepartmental communication**: Act as a liaison between departments to optimize processes **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Supplier management and commercial negotiation * Logistics planning and organization * Familiarity with management information systems * Ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Teamwork and interdepartmental communication **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in logistics, procurement, or supplier management * Knowledge of **ERP management systems** (experience with SAP Business One preferred) * Supplier management skills * **Analytical ability** for inventory control and cost analysis * **Communication skills**, both oral and written * **Attention to detail** and capacity for precise work * Proactivity in **proposing process improvements** in logistics * **Languages**: Catalan and Spanish (mandatory).
