




Position Summary: We are seeking a payroll expert to manage a client portfolio, handling payroll processing, Social Security procedures, tax filings, and labor support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll and Social Security management 2. Labor and tax advisory services for Personal Income Tax (IRPF) 3. Advanced use of SAP Payroll and office productivity tools We seek a candidate with experience in payroll calculation to support the management of a client portfolio. Main tasks will include preparation of monthly, extraordinary, and backdated payrolls, as well as Social Security management, including submission of RNT and RLC forms. Tax settlement activities, such as those related to IRPF, will also be performed, along with labor-related support. This position involves managing Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications, as well as providing advisory services on matters such as dismissal letters and final settlement documents (finiquitos). Temporary disability claims, FIEs (Employment Incentive Forms), employment contracts, and other payroll-related matters will also be processed. A degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, or a related field is preferred, along with strong oral and written English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and knowledge of SAP Payroll are required. Immediate availability is mandatory. The contract is temporary and full-time, Monday through Friday, with a gross monthly salary of 1\.682,54€.
