




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support, including goods management, accounting, report preparation, and handling of computer tools. Prior experience and B2 level of English are valued We aim to incorporate a person into our team to support daily operations. Main responsibilities will include goods receipt and dispatch, preparation of delivery notes and invoices, and accurate accounting of documents and administrative records. Additionally, the role involves preparing management reports and providing general support across various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and skilled in planning. Proficiency in handling computer tools—such as the Microsoft Office suite or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software—is essential. Previous experience in similar positions and a B2 level of English are highly desirable. Key competencies include attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity, and strong digital adaptability. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary ranging from €10,000 to €13,000.
