Responsibilities include telephone and customer service, as well as management of position-related services. Candidates must hold a vocational training qualification (FP) in the administrative field, possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of Spanish geography are considered advantageous. Employment conditions include an indefinite full-time contract with flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, and Friday, 9:00–14:00, though every fifth Friday requires on-duty coverage until 18:30\. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications, approximately €20,000 or €22,000 gross per annum.
