Position Summary: We are seeking an MCC Materials Administrator to manage the materials required for scheduled maintenance tasks and resolve defects identified in Binter’s aircraft fleets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage consumable materials and components for MCC tasks. 2. Evaluate suppliers and request quotations for material procurement. 3. Create purchase, exchange, or rental orders in the management software. Location Telde At **ATAVIS**, a company within the Binter Group, we aim to hire an MCC Materials Administrator for our hangar at Gran Canaria Airport. If you are a communicative, solution-oriented, analytical individual who enjoys teamwork, **we’re waiting for you!** Your mission will be to manage the materials required to carry out scheduled tasks by the MCC team, as well as resolve defects detected during line inspections of Binter’s two aircraft fleets. **If you join our crew, your responsibilities will include:** * Managing materials—including consumables and rotable components—for scheduled MCC tasks. * Evaluating necessary suppliers for material management and requesting quotations for material procurement. * Managing orders via email and/or supplier web portals. * Creating purchase, exchange, or rental orders in the industry-specific management software, as well as uploading shipment documentation. * Reporting deviations and issues arising during the management of requested materials. * Tracking AOG shipments. * Resolving quarantines associated with materials required for scheduled MCC tasks. ### **Minimum Requirements** * ***Education:*** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Logistics or equivalent. A degree in Aeronautical Management or similar is desirable. * ***Specific Knowledge:*** Familiarity with logistics processes, stock management, and procurement. * ***Experience:*** Prior experience in aviation environments, handling technical documentation, and working in commercial departments will be valued. * ***Availability to work rotating shifts***. * ***Computer Skills:*** Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * ***Languages:*** Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2 level).
