




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for the maintenance department, with responsibilities including customer service, database management, reporting, coordination, document management, and incident resolution. Interdepartmental coordination and support Administrative staff are needed for the maintenance department in Telde. Candidates must hold a Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Business Administration or a university degree. Proficiency in office software at an intermediate level and technical knowledge related to maintenance are essential. Responsibilities will include serving customers at both business and individual levels, managing databases, and generating reports. The role also involves coordinating and supporting other departments, handling document management, and tracking cases to resolve incidents. A full-time working schedule is offered, from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. The contract will be permanent.
