




We are seeking personnel with experience in administration and logistics for a company in the IT sector. Main responsibilities include coordinating transportation, managing incidents, processing returns, handling refunds, and tracking payments. The role will also involve inventory control and telephone customer service, including supervision of schedules and negotiation with logistics operators. The position requires training in Administration or Logistics, prior experience in customer service, and negotiation skills. It is essential to have a good command of office software and digital platforms, as well as strong organizational abilities. A class B driver's license is also required. We offer a full-time permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Compensation will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and the start date will be as soon as possible.
