In this position, located in Sant Quirze del Vallès, you will be responsible for the daily management of operations within the logistics area. Your main tasks will include organizing the flow of goods and ensuring all documentation is always up to date. You will maintain smooth communication with users, addressing their questions regarding the status of their orders and providing close, efficient assistance. This full-time temporary contract position requires proficiency in computer tools for data entry and accurate invoicing. It is essential to be an organized individual capable of multitasking and collaborating with the team to resolve any incidents that may arise on a daily basis. Your role is key to ensuring smooth and agile operations. Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Administration or equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years’ professional experience in administrative functions is required. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—particularly spreadsheets and word processors—is mandatory, as is the ability to manage corporate email. Prior experience in the logistics or courier sector will be considered a strong advantage.
