If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What will be your mission and main responsibilities?** Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements within the framework of audits, inspections, and circular migration programs, contributing to the company’s labor sustainability. Act as a liaison between management, employees, and authorities, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability across all labor processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Reporting hires/terminations to Social Security and contract registration via Contrat@, as well as drafting contracts and addenda. * Recording and maintaining up-to-date labor data in internal platforms (ERP, databases, payroll systems, etc.). * Preparing payrolls under various regimes and systems (General Regime, Special Agricultural Regime), verifying payslips from other sites, and liaising with external advisory/accounting firms. * Social Security contributions, reporting working hours, CRA files, etc. * Communication with the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS) via Siltra, the Labor Inspection and Social Security Authority (ITSS), etc. * IRPF regularization and monitoring of employees’ tax matters. * Supporting planning for temporary hiring campaigns (circular migration, production peaks, etc.). * Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper management of employee onboarding and offboarding. * Addressing staff inquiries regarding documentation, contractual status, or basic labor matters. * Internal compliance audits. * Participating in audits by preparing documentation or indicators (EINF, ESG, GLOBAL GAP, SMETA, etc.). * Monitoring KPIs and reporting to generate improvement action plans. * Actively supporting the company’s disciplinary regime. * Supporting the Integrated Quality Management System of your department, collaborating with the Quality Department or any other department on matters related to internal or external audits assumed or mandated as standards or requirements by the Surexport Group. * Supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values. * Complying with and supporting Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Corporate Social Responsibility Policies; the Corporate Compliance System; policies and certifications related to Information Security; and objectives established by the Organization within your scope of responsibility, ensuring adherence to resulting guidelines. REQUIREMENTS **What are the requirements for this position?** * University degree related to HR / Labor Relations * English language proficiency at B2 level * Knowledge of labor legislation (international experience and familiarity with labor regulations outside Spain will be highly valued). * Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR departments performing similar functions; technical labor knowledge tests and/or language proficiency assessments may be conducted during the selection process. * SAP knowledge desirable **Which competencies/skills will we assess?** We are looking for proactive, methodical, and highly organized individuals who demonstrate positive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and foster a cooperative environment.
