DESCRIPTION **HOTEL CARDÓS, HOTEL MUSEUM**, located in **VALL CARDÓS**, is seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT**, with the workplace located in **RIBERA DE CARDÓS (LLEIDA).** **OFFERED:** * **FIXED-TERM INTERMITTENT CONTRACT**, seasons lasting approximately **7\-8 months (from April to December).** * The company provides **accommodation and free lunch and dinner for the candidate.** * **SPLIT-SHIFT SCHEDULE**, approximate depending on demand: from 09:00 to 15:00 and 20:00 to 22:00. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean and peel **FOOD**. * Chop **MEAT**, **FISH**, **VEGETABLES**, or other foods. * Weigh and measure quantities. * Prepare **SAUCES**, **DRESSINGS**, and **SIDE DISHES**. * **PREPARE** simple **DISHES** following the **CHEF's** instructions, and **GRILLED MEATS**. * Assist with **ORDER RECEIPT** and **STOCK CONTROL** of food. * Maintain order and **CLEANLINESS** in the **KITCHEN**. * Etc. REQUIREMENTS * Proven professional experience of at least **4 years as a KITCHEN ASSISTANT or SECOND IN COMMAND IN THE KITCHEN.** * Relevant training in **CATERING** and **COOKING** is highly valued. * Professional experience or knowledge of **GRILL COOKING (using JOSPER OVENS)**. * Willingness to relocate and/or reside near the work area. * Interest in living in a **small mountain village in the PYRENEES.**
