This role combines administrative and reception duties, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and possesses strong multitasking abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Ensuring smooth office operations: procurement, vendor management, and maintenance supervision. * Customer service: reception, inquiry resolution, and service coordination. * Invoicing, document, and administrative file management. **Requirements:** * Current registration in the **Youth Guarantee Scheme**. * Registered as a **job seeker for at least one month**. * Prior experience in office administration or reception (preferred). * Strong communication and customer interaction skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Proficiency in computer tools.** * **English language skills** for customer communication. **Key Dates:** * Interviews will be held between April 20 and April 24. * Expected start date: April 24 onward.
