Accommodation is provided for non-residents of the island. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** Support and supervision: In the absence of the Second Maitre, you will assume the responsibilities inherent to that role. Collaborate in communicating departmental objectives to the dining room staff, and review critical processes and area setups through daily mini-meetings, in line with hotel-established standards. Coordinate and organize your team, assigning roles, supervising task execution, and ensuring smooth operations across all positions. Monitor and supervise that the point-of-sale area is organized according to company protocols for each specific case. Assist in guest relations by performing duties such as greeting, seating, advising, and bidding farewell to guests in relation to the gastronomic offerings. Supervise billing and guest payment, as well as cash reconciliation and settlement. Execution and follow-up: Plan, coordinate, and organize service within your sector, delegating responsibilities to your team. Ensure proper setup and breakdown of your sector or point-of-sale area. Place orders to the storeroom. Address and resolve any guest complaints and/or suggestions, escalating relevant information to your immediate supervisor. Collaborate in the selection, evaluation, training, and development of dining room team members, following Human Resources’ established methodology, and support the onboarding process. Control and quality: Store, inspect, and manage common-use products and items across various points-of-sale or your assigned sector. Comply with, and ensure others comply with, organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training Level I-II / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Food & Beverage Services, Restaurant Management, or related fields. Preferred: Training in Protocol and Customer Service in Food & Beverage, Hotel Business Management, or Enology. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Sector Manager in a 4-star and/or higher category hotel. English, B1 level. French, A2 level. Hotel Management Software, intermediate level.
