Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are looking for a **Human Resources Administrator** located in **Alguazas**, on behalf of our client. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Labor file documentation management (employment contracts, annexes, and other labor-related documents) * Working hours registration control. * Payroll incident review. * Preparation of basic reports. * Handling basic labor-related inquiries from staff. * Execution of personnel administration tasks (wage garnishments, payroll variables, termination settlements, contract modifications). * Support the HR manager in occupational risk prevention (PRL) tasks (medical examinations, training, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or equivalent. * Mandatory minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * Labor consultancy experience is highly valued. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **What does the company offer?** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., with flexible entry and exit times.
