




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator to manage labor files, working hours registration, and payroll incident review, providing support to the HR Manager. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are looking for an **HR Administrator** for our client, located in **Alguazas**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Labor file document management (contracts, annexes, and other labor documentation) * Working hours registration control. * Payroll incident review. * Preparation of basic reports. * Handling of basic labor-related inquiries from staff. * Execution of personnel administration tasks (wage garnishments, payroll variables, termination settlements, contract modifications). * Support to the HR Manager in occupational health and safety (OHS) tasks (medical examinations, training, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or equivalent. * Mandatory minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Labor consultancy experience is highly valued. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., with flexible entry and exit times.
