




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator for the Corporate Services of SIRENIS HOTELS & RESORTS, responsible for full administrative management of personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll and social security management 2. Contract drafting and onboarding/offboarding administration 3. Proficiency in specialized HR tools The SIRENIS HOTELS \& RESORTS group seeks an HR ADMINISTRATOR for its Corporate Services. FUNCTIONS Prepare and execute all necessary personnel administrative processes: payroll, social security contributions, tax withholdings, bank transfers, employee registration/deregistration with Social Security (Red System/Siltra), management of work-related injury/illness reports (Delta System), overtime and transfers, archiving, etc., in compliance with current labor legislation and established deadlines, under the supervision of the Personnel Administration Manager. Draft and process new employment contracts, as well as employee onboarding and offboarding (Contrat@), following guidelines set by the Personnel Administration Manager and the HR Manager. REQUIREMENTS \- Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Sciences/Labor Relations \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position \- Knowledge and practical experience with Siltra, Contrat@, certific@, Delta, etc. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Preferred qualifications: Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification, experience in managing corporate training programs, knowledge of the Balearic Islands Hospitality Collective Agreement OFFERED: \- Permanent employment contract with immediate start \- Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications \- Continuous professional development Salary: €24,000.00\-€26,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company shares * Company laptop * Free parking Work location: On-site employment
