Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are searching for an **HR Administrator** for our client, located in **Alguazas**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Document management of employment files (contracts, addenda, and other labor-related documentation) * Timekeeping record control. * Review of payroll incidents. * Preparation of basic reports. * Handling basic labor-related inquiries from staff. * Execution of personnel administration tasks (wage garnishments, payroll variables, termination settlements, contract modifications). * Support the HR manager in PRL-related tasks (medical examinations, training, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or equivalent. * Mandatory minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in labor consultancy is highly valued. * Intermediate or advanced level of Excel proficiency. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with flexible entry and exit arrangements.
