At Citius Outsourcing, we aim to hire a Team Leader in Pamplona for one of our hotels. \#TalentThatDrives RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize the necessary resources for delivering housekeeping services, including managing cleaning operations and supervising the proper functioning of facilities in guest rooms and common areas. Manage the housekeeping staff (room attendants). Define staffing structure for housekeeping, room attendants, and laundry to ensure appropriate and productive service delivery. Train staff on work routines, including bed-making procedures, collection of guest clothing and personal items, bathroom cleaning, and administration of working hours. Supervise cleaning and preparation processes for guest rooms and common areas. Control and maintain adequate inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture required for service delivery. Schedule maintenance actions—based on the general maintenance plan—for repairing facilities and furniture. Supervise guest and staff laundry washing and preparation processes. Place necessary purchase orders for the department. Occasionally collaborate with the front desk department in room assignments. Perform duties as a room attendant. Knowledge of cleaning products, hygiene techniques, and maintenance protocols. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software (desirable). Flexible availability and service orientation. Experience as a room attendant.
