Clean glass surfaces in public and staff areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and staff areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns located in public areas into appropriate receptacles. Inspect furniture condition and check for breaks, tears, or stains; report damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place caution signs to reduce foot traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are required. Respond promptly to guest and other department requests. Identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets.
