




Summary: We are looking for a receptionist to attend to guests, manage reservations, provide information, and resolve incidents promptly and courteously, coordinating with other teams and overseeing payments. Permanent employment contract, full-time schedule with statutory rest periods. Handle guest check-in and check-out. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide information about services, activities, and the local area. Resolve incidents promptly and courteously. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure accommodation availability. Monitor payments and perform daily cash register closing.
